Applying for a role at MEXC can feel unclear if you don’t know what happens after you submit your application. This newsletter is designed to walk you through each step of our hiring process, so you know what to expect, how long things may take, and how to prepare.
Our goal is to keep the process transparent, structured, and fair - while helping both candidates and hiring teams move forward with the right information at the right time.
Step 1: Application Review by HR/Recruiter
Once you submit your application, our HR team will review your profile against the requirements of the role. At this stage, we look at your experience, relevant skills, and overall fit for the position.
Because we receive a large number of applications, this review may take some time. If your profile matches an open role, we will move you forward to the next stage. If not, your application may be kept for future opportunities that are a better fit.
Step 2: Internal Screening by Hiring Departments
After the initial HR review, your application is shared with the relevant hiring department. The team will assess whether your background aligns with the team’s current needs, scope of work, and expected skill set.
This step helps ensure that only candidates who are a strong match for the role are invited to interview. You may not be contacted during this stage unless additional information is needed.
Step 3: Interview with Department Lead / Hiring Manager
If you progress to this stage, you will be invited to interview with the department lead or hiring manager. Depending on the role, there may also be an assignment or a second interview.
This is the stage where both sides get to know each other better. The team will evaluate your experience, problem-solving approach, and working style, while you will also have the chance to learn more about the role, the team, and MEXC.
Step 4: Offer Call from HR
If you are selected, our HR team will contact you with an offer call. During this conversation, we will discuss the role details, compensation package, start date, and any remaining questions you may have.
This is also the point where we align on next steps before moving into onboarding.
